Position Summary 

 

•    Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels and Homeworking

•    When will you start? As from July/August/September 2026

•    How long will it last? 6 months

 

As part of the Supply Chain – Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) Team, you will actively participate to the daily operations of Nestlé Waters.

 

Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages Benelux is a strong player in the bottled water and beverages industry, offering a diverse portfolio of high-quality brands. Our portfolio includes popular brands such as Perrier, Vittel, and S.Pellegrino, each with its unique characteristics and target audience. We strive to meet the evolving needs and preferences of our consumers, offering a range of still, sparkling, and flavored waters as well as premium beverages to cater to different tastes.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead specific supply chain improvement projects with high operational and financial impact, with a strong focus on returnable pallet management (LPR / CHEP / Europallets), including analysis of discrepancies, root causes, and implementation of corrective actions
  • SKU and master data cleaning activities in SAP
  • Assure limited and well‑defined backup of the DSP team during peak periods or holidays on a specific portfolio of products.
  • Support the DSP team in selected weekly routines
  • Improve, standardize, and document processes, and communicate updated information to key stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics)

 

 

What will make you successful ?

 

  • You are Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
  • You have obtained or are currently pursuing a degree in Economics Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, ideally with a Specialization in Supply Chain
  • You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and enjoy working on complex, cross‑functional topics
  • You have affinity with digital tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
  • You are structured, autonomous, and able to take ownership of projects from analysis to implementation
  • You are dynamic, curious, and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working in a constructive manner
