Talent Acquisition intern - Recruitment & Employer Branding

Position Summary

 

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels
When will you start? March or April 2022
How long will it last? 6 months

 

The Nestlé HR team is looking for an intern for a 6 months' assignment within its Talent Acquisition team.

 

If you are interested in launching your career in HR, this is a great opportunity to learn in an international environment. You will help us with our recruitment and employer branding activities, being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes and participating in recruitment marketing campaign.

 

Our offices are located in Brussels but you can work 2 to 3 days from home. You will directly report to our Senior talent Acquisition Specialist who will help you learning everything you need to know about Talent Acquisition.

 

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition intern

 

Help with the sourcing and selection of young graduates at Nestlé:

  • You will screen applications and drive the interview process
  • Advise and share feedback with the hiring managers
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up
  • You will be the first point of contact for our interns and students

 

Support The Talent Acquisition team with Employer Branding:

  • Help implement Employer branding activities: running and launching campaigns (video’s, testimonials...)
  • Help with creation of communication and visual material

 

Continuous improvement:

  • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Show creativity when it comes to solving our day-to-day activities

 

Stakeholders management:

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and directors at Nestlé
  • Act as a Business partner when it comes to advising them on recruitment

 

What will make you successful

 

  • You are a student in your master's degree or you recently graduated in HR management (or a similar relevant field), looking for a first experience in HR.
  • You speak French and/or Dutch fluently and have a professional knowledge of English.
  • Ideally you have some knowledge on Recruitment processes and Employer Branding activities.
  • You are autonomous, well organized and pro-active, with a real passion for people.
  • Good affinity with new technology/social media
