This is your challenge
As a Webmaster Specialist for digital sales channels, you are responsible for creating actionable insights about consumer behavior on the various digital touchpoints of Nespresso Belgilux.
You are responsible of promotions’ mechanics setup. You work on the in-time configuration and enhance quality of the campaigns, landing pages and overall Customer Journeys’ content.
In this role you report to the B2C eCommerce Manager and you are part of the eCommerce team.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent customer journey across all ecommerce platforms (including desktop, mobile site and app);
- Optimize and enrich all Products details pages on Mobile and desktop;
- Oversee digital asset management & HTML content to support global & local campaign activities while ensuring B2B & B2C websites are leveraging the most relevant practices, content & features;
- Develop short code snippets for improvement of User Journey during campaigns;
- Report back-end and front-end errors on site improvements and discuss them on a frequent bases with the B2C eCommerce Manager;
Your profile
- Relevant degree with web knowledge and experience in digital & ecommerce activities including content and optimization;
- HTML experience across multiple CMS, CSS, Javascript is mandatory;
- Experience with Management Systems, eMerchandizing, Product Lifecycle Management;
- Dutch mandatory with French and English fluent.
