Business Performance Analyst

Position Summary

 

As Business Performance Analyst you will enable the B2C sales channels to focus on business results by executing performance analyses of the channels and proposing activities to improve sales performance.

A day in the life of...

 

Performing relevant sales analyses

• Analyze the sales performance of the B2C channel
• Collect data and deliver daily reports on standard channel KPI's (footfall, visitors, dwelling time, waiting time, assisted sales vs self-selection, conversion, accessory penetration, passer-by etc.)
• Collect comments and insights of the field organization
• Analyze on-going sales performance via different dimensions: channels, regional differences, local city developments product differences, retail formats differences (Boutiques, POPUP, Nespresso Point…), Customer Voice score
• Measure success of campaign: type (free coffee, free access), price reduction, new coffee...
• Provide timely all required data analysis of all B2C channels for Monthly Sales Review and Monthly Gaps review meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust forecasting models to ensure accurate analysis and planning and optimal investments/resources allocation.
• Manage and feed departmental Operational Monthly Planning dashboard with monthly/Quarterly KPI update
• Collect and analyze market information potential to assist in elaboration of Channels Roadmap
• Ensure profound geo-marketing analysis (supported with CRM data) and CACI
• Analyze the online path to registration and the patch to purchase in close collaboration with E-commerce
• Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios in partnership with the E-commerce manager 

Proposing activities to B2C sales channels to improve sales performance 

• Advise on possible outcomes before sales decisions are made, by quantifying the effect of future decisions 
• Provide insight and actionable recommendations to the area manager, e-commerce manager and trade manager to support in business steering.

 

What will make you successful

 

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance
•    3-5 years of experience in analytics, metrics gathering, and reporting and related software
•    1-2 years of experience with A/B testing management is an asset.
•    Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g Google Analytics)
•    Proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting and other statistical analyses and related software:
     -  Advanced Excel and Power-BI skills
     -  Nice to have: Forecasting skills.
•    Excellent communication/ listening
•    Team spirit and flexibility
•    Fluent in French or Dutch and an excellent level in English
