Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales representative for our Purina Petcare brands in East/West Flanders and Hainaut. You would be in charge of our specialist network customers: Pet shop, Breeders, etc.

Your main responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (Numerical Distribution, Number of displays sold, LEAP objectives, ...) for his/her Region. He will analyse, argumenting Nestlé's propositions in order to reach the objectives.
- He/She should act as the Nestlé- & POS specialist and master the 4 marketing P parameters for his/her specific region. Coordinate and improve the presence of our assortment + innovations (instore and on shelf), negotiate and plan the different promotional activities, give feedback on own activities as well as on competition ( pricing, support, launches,OOS...) .
- Manage and create close collaboration with the customers to win in-store (Remodelings, LEAP activations, exposition Promos, ...)
- When necessary making the liaison between the customers and the company in case of service issues or claims (delivery issues, quantity/quality problems, administration & accounting corrections).
- Scouting & activation of new independent Pet shop, Garden centers, breeders...
What will make you successful
- Ideally experience within Pet specialty channel, not necessary in Field Sales.
- You speak Dutch and French fluently and will manage East/West Flanders and Hainaut.
- Key capabilities can be summarized as : demonstrate capacity to analyze all different opportunities and prepare an adequate frequency and coverage planning.
- A Sales Representative should have the agility to assess all potential opportunities in line with the given KPI.
- You must show a strong level of stress resilience in order to cope with all potential questions & issues from his customers and within the company. (Eg. Questions regarding orders & return requests, issues with CN & invoices, payment issues, ... etc)
- You will act as a Nestlé ambassador.
