Position Summary

The junior Brand Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the annual business objectives for the food & beverages category such as Starbucks, Nescafé, Garden Gourmet and CHEF.
A day in the life of...
Projects and I&R management:
- Responsible for Innovation and Renovation pipeline (packaging, new products, recipe renovation, P&L) and coordination with Z-EMENA and timely delivery. Ensure compliance to Nestlé quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage and deliver communication and marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the French team and leverage assets.
- Organize trade fairs (1-2 per year) in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Manage marketing budget - accuracy and control.
Trade marketing:
- Develop trade marketing plan aligned to Nestlé Professional priorities and distributors planning.
- Develop trade marketing assets.
- Organize in store animation for coffee category.
Event Management:
- Initiate product launch in Nestlé system.
- Manage innovation and renovation project planning and coordinate with different functions.
Digital marketing:
- Create content to regularly update and animate Nestlé Professional website, in collaboration with French team.
- Optimize SEO and SEA with Nestlé agency.
- Coordinate development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns with agencies.
- Define mechanics of marketing campaigns matching Belgilux customers’ needs and behaviors.
Commercial team support:
- Assist commercial team, when required, with presentation including brand essence and plan.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Management
- 1 to 3 year experience in marketing. A first experience is compulsory.
- Open communication in Dutch, French and English
- Understanding of the Business Environment, customers insight for Nestlé Professional categories and channels/ Passion for Food & Beverages
- Result-minded
- Digital savviness
