Position Summary

 

As quality, Safety and Health Manager you will work in the Technical & Quality Team of Belgium and Luxembourg which is amongst others responsible for guaranteeing compliance with all Quality and food safety norms as well as all Safety and Health norms, rules, and regulations. You will: 

 

  • Be our Prevention Advisor (level 2)
  • Drive a Quality and Safety culture throughout the business, by creating campaigns based on our accident reporting, non-conformities, questions from the business, peer to peer feedback, etc.
  • Ensure Compliance with the ISO 9001 and 45001 norms and drive compliance throughout the business. This ranges from management of internal audits, to supplier audits, document management, follow-up of corrective actions, etc. You will also organize and prepare the external certification audits. 
  • Ensure legal compliance on food safety as well as safety & Health in both markets.
  • Create awareness on quality safety and health by giving the needed trainings on the different topics.
  • Ensure the compliance of all our products in terms of labelling and support the business in the development of campaigns, local products etc. 
  • Make sure the business is prepared for possible incidents and crises and will follow-up the individual cases. 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Level 2 "Prevention Advisor" is a must. 
  • University degree or equivalent/ commercial studies
  • Proven experience in managing QSH management systems 
  • Proven experience as prevention advisor, preferably in food retail 
  • Be able to influence others through coaching, teaching etc. 
  • Energize teams to work on QSH topics. 
  • Languages: tri-lingual FR-NL-EN
