Position Summary
We are looking for a new team member joining our Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations team. Granted with an operational experience in Payroll and/or HR Officer function (3-5y), the person will deliver his/her own experience at the service of the continuous improvement and service excellence around payroll and employee life cycle process (including data management & HR systems).
The job will play a key role in leveraging the Go-See-Think-Do mindset on ELC and Payroll-related topics. The role of HR Data & ELC Process Optimizer will leverage HR Data as a key pillar in Analytics and Operational processes.
A day in the life of an HR Data & Employee Life Cycle Process Optimizer
- Employee Life Cycle Optimization:
- Prioritize Employee Life Cycle issues and problems in order to build a real action plan for the year
- Execute and coordinate action plan defined for the ELC Optimization
- Ensure the follow-up of ELC Corporate & E2E (H2R) stream updates and innovations (incl. IT HR Roadmap)
- HR Data Management:
- Develop clear standard of position management at NiM level
- Coach and Train HR community to position management at NiM level
- Operational People Plan:
- Perform a quarterly review of Operational People Plan with HR Business Partners to review positions (SF)
- Capture the key insights from OPP to build people KPIs (ie. Turnover, Talents Attrition,…)
- Employee Benefits Administration:
- Follow-up on Benefits administration support to employees (ie. transportation, insurances, life events, internet, mobility budget,...)
- Participate to Benefits Policies and Strategy review with Rewards Team
What will make you successful
- 3 to 5 years' of experience in a Payroll or HR Officer function
- Delivering project (Project Management) - Conceptual mindset
- Working with SuccessFactors & SAP - mastered operational / hard HR
- Fluent in English, preferably with knowledge of French or Dutch
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement mindset
