Demand & Supply Planner Excellence Coordinator

Position Summary

To strengthen our department of Demand & Supply (division Operations) we are looking for a Demand & Supply Excellence Coordinator.

As our Demand & Supply Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation of new supply chain concepts & processes combined with some operational responsibilities. The essence of your job is to ensure the correct forecasting of sales to maintain high customer service at the lowest stock level and support the colleagues in DSP to achieve this as well. As such, you actively contribute to the monthly Business Planning Process for your brand where you will represent supply chain in meetings with the sales, marketing, CCSD and finance. You also drive the stocks of your portfolio with the supply chains of the factories and/or the exporting markets.

Key tasks for the Demand & Supply Excellence Coordinator

Operational responsible for one brand of our portfolio (25%)
Support the DSP team in improving their processes & providing training to new arrivals, support the DSP manager in long-term people development plans & strategic operational changes, act as functional back-up to the DSP manager in case of absence (25%)
Design, implement, improve and sustain supply chain concepts, processes and tools across the Operations department to improve year-over-year financial performance (50%)

A person with at least 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or in a similar function
A team player, who is client focused. You have a commercial mindset and a hands on approach
A stress resistant personality, able to multitask in a hectic environment with changing priorities
A professional with a strong analytical mindset and who likes to take initiatives
A person that will challenge the status quo and is not afraid to embrace new tools

You also have

An analytical background, preferably a Master in business, commerce, logistics or supply chain
you have a professional knowledge of English and preferably speak Dutch and/or French.
you have thorough knowledge of SAP, APO and PowerBI. Knowledge of other Office 365 applications such as PowerAutomate is a plus.
