Temporary Trade Manager Nespresso Belux


Position Summary


 
Nespresso is looking for a Temporary trade Manager (4 months) to define and implement the commercial Trade strategy in line with strategic priorities to increase acquisition.

A day in the life of a Trade Manager


 
•    You will drive Key Account Management and build and develop long-lasting relationships with Trade & Machine Partners ensuring premium positioning of Nespresso's brand in Trade
•    You will develop and execute strong Key Account plans (offline & online) in collaboration with the KAMs to boost acquisition 
•    You will lead negotiations and review business with all Trade & Machine partners
•    You will accelerate conversion from machine to NCM, you will further develop subscription as acquisition & loyalty tool, and you will grow Vertuo in Tade
•    You will lead, drive and develop the Trade Team consisting of KAM’s & Area Managers
•    You will identify and develop new route to market opportunities and partnerships
•    You will drive the organization’s business results by making tactical and operational decisions, you will manage and monitor the Trade investments and drive improvements & efficiencies


What will make you successful


•    Bachelor or master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.
•    5-10 years’ experience in Key Account Management/ National sales Management/ Trade Marketing 
•    People management experience
