Position Summary
We are looking for someone to join the Nestle Nespresso B2B after sales team (Brussels) in February or March 2022.
Our mission is to make sure that every B2B customer has a machine in perfectly working conditions and experience the least possible down time of their machine.
You will help us improve our processes to ensure the smooth organization of all interventions on site by the Nespresso in house technicians in Belgium. You will be in the lead of a project to improve the spare part management of the BE tech.
Your Main responsibilities
Project Management - Spare Part process Optimization
- Ensure the correct inventory of spare parts for onsite technicians.
- Check the stockcount of the technicians on a quarterly basis
- Control the weekly delivery
- Launch of the spare part optimization project
Planning of the technicians:
- Ensure the efficient planning of all interventions and maintenances for our technical representatives in Belgiumfollowing the deadlines
- Control of B2B intervention planning performed by the outsourced partners
Service Partner administration management
- Ensure timely closing of all interventions to ensure on time invoicing
What will make you successful
- You are looking for a paid internship of 6 months to kickstart your career in an international environment.
- You are studying or graduated in Management sciences, Supply Chain or any other business oriented studies
- You speak French and Dutch with a professional level for your daily contacts with our After Sales partner (mandatory to apply)
- You have good Excel skills and are a quick learner when it comes to ERP or other business related softwares
- You are analytical and a problem solver
- You enjoy drinking great (free) coffee with your colleagues. But do not worry, you will do well if you like tea or water instead.
