Position Summary

 

Are you passionate about B2B sales and have a nose for business opportunities? By joining our team located in Antwerp, you will work closely with the Business Executive Officer and Sales Manager in our France-Benelux cluster. You will support the team with the management of the key relationships with our distribution partners across the territory. You will be closely involved in the development of market channels and roll-out of our products across the 4 countries, ensuring Vitaflo's service level and product availability for the patients are meeting our high standards.

 

A day in the life of a Senior Commercial Development & Key account Manager

 

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key accounts such as: wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, buyers and other strategically important players in the different market segments we operate in and/or will operate in. 
  • Stay on top of all relevant information in a coordinated way to help set out the future strategy for our business.
  • Management and planning of public tenders in close cooperation with direct to healthcare professionals’ sales team (D2HCP).
  • Manage price negotiations at existing and future partners for France, Netherlands, Luxemburg and Belgium (insurance companies, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies …)
  • Work on the business strategy in close cooperation with the Business Manager, Sales Manager, Regulatory Manager and Marketing Manager for France - BeNelux cluster
  • Develop sales via existing and new distribution partners in the cluster. 
  • Actively look for new business opportunities

 

Meet the team

 

The Vitaflo France-Benelux team consists of 19 people operating in various departments from 3 countries: D2HCP sales team, regulatory, marketing, business support and supply chain. In close cooperation with the shared services from our Global Vitaflo team in Liverpool headquarters, we aim to provide products and services to the patients locally.  The primary location for this position is Antwerp but, in this role, you are part of the France-Benelux team with cross border responsibilities, back up and collaboration.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in field sales, key account management, Business development. 
  • Previous experience in managing international customer groups is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's 
  • Demonstrable use and manipulation of data to present strategy and drive decisions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, that can engage and motivate a team at an international level.
  • Customer Knowledge (distributors, pharmacies, hospitals )
  • Languages:
    • Dutch/French: excellent level speaking & writing
    • English: good level speaking & writing
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the France-Benelux territory
