Position Summary

 

You will be responsible for the growth of Nespresso Professional in the restaurant, hotel, leisure, travel and other hospitality related channels by creating new business and developing existing outlets. You will be in charge of the provinces of Namur, Vlaams-Brabant, Brabant Wallon and Luxembourg.

 

Main responsibilities?

 

  • Responsible for extending the use of Nespresso Professional with existing customers and generating leads out of them:
    • Increase business with existing customers (develop coffee consumption) & get leads for new customers through this network
    • Identify sales opportunities within designated territory
    • Follow-up passive leads and opportunities
    • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
  • Meeting the sales targets set in cooperation with the Sales Manager
    • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for the assigned Area, in designated territory
    • Selling/placing machines spread over the B2B and B2C range, creating durable and sustainable volume at high value customers.
    • Initiating the sales cycle and responsible for daily reporting of visits and sales results to the Sales Manager and keeping up to date the Pre Sales Database
  • Credit management of New and Existing Customers in designated territory (open invoices, ope low) in close cooperation with F&C and the Customer Support Service team
  • Attending National Horeca Trade Fairs & networking events.
  • Share best practices, ideas and opportunities with peers
  • The Account Manager acts at any time as an ambassador for Nespresso Professional.
What will make you successful

 

  • You have excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor degree (Hotel Management is an asset) or equal through experience
  • Between 1 -4 years of Sales experience: prospecting (cold calling, cold canvassing), negotiating sales conditions and contracts, managing & developing existing customers
  • Strong proactive sales hunting & Account Management skills: detecting customer needs, find tailor-made solutions, persistent and convincing…
  • Team player and good at networking
  • Passion for the product!
  • Strong team player and able to work independently.
  • Respect for procedures and working processes.
  • Driving license is a must
