Junior Brand Manager Consumer Care (Minami & OptiFibre)

Within our Nestlé Health Science team in Brussels, we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager Consumer Care responsible for Minami and OptiFibre. Minami is the undisputed market leader in the omega 3 segment and for OptiFibre we are extending our presence in the pharmacy channel in Belgium. Your main responsibility will be to implement the vision and strategies and to execute actions to further strengthen the position of both brands and product ranges in the (para)pharmacy channel.

 

Main responsibilities in cooperation with the Marketing Manager

 

  • Plan and execute yearly marketing plans in line with the yearly foreseen budgets;
  • Execute and follow up the Innovation/Renovation plan;
  • Plan and execute promotional plans in order to guide the sales team in line with the marketing strategy;
  • Track the brand performance and take necessary actions to successfully reach KPI’s;
  • Build customer, consumer and competitive insights in order to further develop the brand’s position in the market

 

You are and have:

 

  • Bachelor degree with a specialization in Marketing  – Master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Dynamic, stress-resistant, flexible and a strong networker
  • Proactive, taking initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can do mentality
  • Well-organized and able to work independently when needed
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French and a strong knowledge of English
