Position Summary

 

We are looking for an Assistant for our Herta Business with a broad scope. You will support of the entire business: management ( + 20%), marketing & trade marketing ( +30%) & sales ( + 50%).
You will be highly autonomous with your Procurement responsabilities and will need to be analytical to support the Sales Operations.
You will be the key person in the transition project for Herta Belgium in creating the local structure and linking with the new company wide ERP system

 

A day in the life of a Business Assistant for Herta

 

  • Translates and register the customer yearly agreement in SAP, using the right naming convention and condition type
  • PEX creation for promotions & introductions
  • Assists to the transformation project of Herta to a new ERP system (super user, testing, coordinating departments & markets)
  • Responsible for Procurement for local Herta Belgium supplies: Economat, Office Supplies, Trade Support material, …
  • Administrative support : practical organisation of meetings, sending of samples, PO/PR creation and follow up, translations, IT requests

 

What is your profile?

 

  • First experience in business operations, with a direct exposure in sales.
  • Strong languages skills: Fluent in French and Dutch (oraly and written), professional knowledge of English.
  • Confortable with figures and large amount of file and contacts.
  • Has demonstrated clear success and capacity to challenge the status quo. Continuous Improvement mentality.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office, SAP tool, and AFO
