Position Snapshot

You will act as a co-pilot for the Customer Care & Services (CCS) department; you will help to plan and evaluate the organization's future by managing a robust forecasting cycle and cost structures.
As co-pilot, you will continuously question and improve current setup and support analysis and implementation of transversal project for customer services.

Position Summary

Cash Flow & Continuous Improvement

  • Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements for the CCS department.
  • Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities.
  • Validate and review proposed savings as well as participate in CCS optimization studies.

Business Planning and Reporting and Analytics  

  • Coordinate reporting of actuals and forecasts across CCS and Overheads.
  • Ensure transparency of the process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps ensuring that financial policies, accounting standards are followed.
  • Prepare and coordinate the CCS and Overheads budgets.
  • Perform revisions or simulations if needed with focus on risks and opportunities for the function and Overheads.
  • Ensure full transparency of strategic decisions on the CCS organization and on Overheads (financial & non-financial).

Organize internal and external benchmarking of CCS performance, analyze reasons for deviations, and track corrective actions.

Coordinate the yearly CAPEX cycle: develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post project evaluations.

Serve as the key contact for internal and external audits within the CCS. 

Ensure the development and / or maintenance of Foundations (Compliance / Goal Alignment / Leadership Development) within CSS as well as "beyond Operations" environment.

  

What will make you successful
  • You have a higher degree in Business Management, finance or economics and between 3 to 6 years of experience in a finance position.
  • Experience in a FMCG company or in an operation/Supply Chain department is a plus.
  • Native French/Dutch with a very good level of English.
  • Experience in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders (both internal and external)
