Position Summary

 

We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst for our IT Benelux department, within the Business Solutions team located in Brussels.

You will work proactively delivering support and consultancy to the business for sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage/improvement of Nestlé Business Solutions. 
You  will deliver results by working with business and all relevant partners and solutions. You will also understand business requirements, define and implement priorities by working with users in the business and technical teams.

A day in the life of a Business Solutions analyst

 

  • Project management: Participate on projects for the deployment of Business Solutions functionalities.
  • Innovation: Contribution to the active identification, creation and review of ways of working enabling efficient and sustainable delivery of business added value.
  • Sustain/Deploy: Performs sustain activities (testing, delivers specification, etc) and performs rollout activities to deliver specific solutions.  Delivers technical and BA requirements within improvement projects
  • Communicate: you are the link between our businesses and the technical teams, understanding both languages and priorities.
What will make you successful

 

  • You already have 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • You have a bachelor or masters degree in a technical field (IT, Business Engineering, etc).
  • Good general knowledge of solution technical specification, configuration and developments.
  • You speak English fluently and either Dutch or French.
  • You are autonomous with a self starting mentality.
  • Occasionaly, you will have to travel to the Netherlands
