Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels
When will you start? End of June 2021
How long will it last? 6 months

 

Nestlé is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern who will help us with Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for a period of 6 months.
 

Your Responsibilities:

 

1. Help with the sourcing and selection of young graduates at Nestlé

  • You will screen applications and drive phone screenings and interviews
  • Advise and share feedback with the hiring managers
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up
  • You will be the first point of contact for our interns and students

 

2. Support The Talent Acquisition team with Employer Branding

  • Help implement Employer branding activities: running and launching campaigns (video’s, testimonials...)
  • Help with creation of communication and visual material

 
3. Project Management: ad hoc project related to the Young Talent Recruitment or other projects

Your Profile

 

  • Degree in HR, Marketing, Business, Economics or Psychology: currently enrolled or just finished an education in related field
  • Excellent knowledge English and French/Dutch 
  • Pro-active, dynamic, result-oriented and organized. Project management skills is a must
  • You build connections easily and enjoy taking responsibilities
  • Good affinity with new technology/social media
  • Available for minimum 6 months starting in End of June/Beginning of July
