Position Summary


As a Junior Co-Pilot for our Infant Nutrition Business, you will support the financial planning process of the business and provide insights that strongly support a fact based decision-making process, based on current business environment & specialist financial knowledge.

You will participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the team.

A day in the life of a Junior Co-Pilot

 

  • Key player in the monthly business planning process, preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Review monthly performance, identify areas of risk to achieve targets & forecasts and develop/follow up on action plans.
  • Enable and provide flexible analysis of information and deeper insights to business performance and trends.
  • Be able to participate in strategy planning, making P&L simulations and recommendations to the business.
  • Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate value destroyers and maximize the return on investment
What will make you successful

 

  • You have a master degree in Business Management, finance or economics and at least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis & reporting.
  • Experience in a FMCG company is a plus.
  • Fluent French or Dutch with a very good level of English.
  • IT literate with advanced skills on Excel and knowledge of SAP
