Position Summary

 

As a Sales Support, you ensure an administrative support to the Nestlé Health Science field team. 
Whether you are in contact with our customers, ensuring a SAP follow-up or managing agendas of the team, you deliver a good level of service to the people you are working with.
You are part of a growing team, working on new products and ultimately, empowering healthier lives through nutrition.

 

A day in the life of a Sales Support

 

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by providing a follow-up of the invoices in SAP, assuring translations, agenda management, preparing/adapting/modifying/updating power point presentations, updating holidays of employees in SAP/Time and customer data files.     
  • Ensure correct input, modifications, queries and reporting as to database management, budget and costings.                                                                
  • Support sales activities by telephone acquisition and regular after sales.                
  • Participate in or lead projects and improvement initiatives for the benefit of the team / division / company                                                                
  • Uphold and embed Nestlé culture and share policies and best practices with the team and ensure full compliance to company rules
What will make you successful

 

  • A bachelor degree or higher in Management Assistant or equivalent by experience
  • Strong language skills in French and Dutch, written and spoken
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge with Ms Office and ideally with SAP.
  • You are rigorous in your work and are customer oriented.
