Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Talent, Sourcing & Learning Manager, the Integrated Talent Management Admin is responsible for supporting the talent, training & recruitment team by organizing and coordinating all administrative and support operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency in our processes.

A day in the life of...

Support the Training Management process.

Be the superuser in the market for the use of iLearn, K2 webforms and reporting functionalities. Support the training plan creation administratively. Coordination trainings: session creation, trainer communication, participant list submission, location & catering booking, goodie bags,... Take end-to-end responsibility for recurring trainings like the introduction day, language trainings,... Manage the relevant suppliers with whom the team works. Organize supplier list & documents and ensure contract archives with legal. Create vendors in Easybuy / Nessoft and execute the PR/PO creation & tracking process. Coordinate legal & subsidy requirements.

Create the summary Development plan Next year for Nespresso & Nestlé (excluded EE Luxembourg) & register training plan at the social fund. Build the necessary training input for the social balance. Do online registration with Alimento, Cefora and governmental bodies to reclaim all subsidies and compensations

Follow-up of mandatory and/or recurring iLearn trainings / curricula in the market. (first aid, evacuation, trust persons, e-learnings,...)

Organize communications towards the business.

Create communications adapted to the channels used to reach the different internal target groups. Support the Talent Management Cycle. Overall admin support and material creation for calibrations and communication. Support on employer branding activities. Support on delivering campus recruitments, on-site visits and creation of campaign material.

What will make you successful

Knowledge and experience of Corporate Talent, Training & recruitment activities (within Nestlé).
Very good command of Dutch, French & English (Eng + 1 is key)
Ability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships.    
Capable of working independently. Flexible and multi-task. Ability to structure work.  Teamwork in network organization.      
Excellent communication skills.

Strong skills in working with Excel and easy with learning new software tools.
Ability to coordinate and deal with different stakeholders
Organizational skills.
Has the necessary confidence to make judgements, can take decisions, has initiative and can be assertive in managing these roles.
Has good vision and overview of the requests.                                              
Has a distinct customer service orientation and be committed to providing maximum customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as part of a team. High level of service orientation.
