Position Summary

 

The Webmaster is responsible of promotions’ mechanics setup for both global and local campaigns to drive sales and customer satisfaction within all digital touchpoints. He/she is responsible of the configuration in time and quality of the campaigns, landing Pages and overall Customer Journeys’ content, in a consistent and relevant manner across all touchpoints and in alignment with the performance marketing activities.

Main Tasks

 

  • Set-up eCommerce campaigns (test and activate) including support of seasonal campaigns & optimization of permanent website content to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Advocate for User Experience principles and design consistency for Nespresso ecommerce and mobile applications.
  • Propose and design complex pages with an MVT/ A/B testing tool and personalization to increase the online conversion rate in line with brand guidelines: set-up A/B test hypothesis for online customers.
  • Develop short code snippets for improvement of User Journey during campaigns
  • Ensure a consistent, contextual & relevant customer journey across all ecommerce platforms (including desktop, mobile site and app)
  • Optimize and enrich all Products details pages on Mobile and desktop.
  • Oversee digital asset management & HTML content to support global & local campaign activities while ensuring B2B & B2C websites are leveraging the most relevant practices, content & features.
  • Implement new online products.
  • Run Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with local IS stakeholders for all digital boutiques.  
  • Report back-end and front-end errors, on site improvements and discuss them on a frequent bases with E-commerce Manager.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders: CRM, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service. As well as working with our Headoffice webmasters and eBusiness teams.
What will make you successful

 

  • Relevant bachelor or Master degree with Web development knowledge and experience
  • Experience in digital & ecommerce activites, including Content Management  Systems, eMerchandizing, product lifecycle management is a plus.
  • HTML experience across multiple CMS, CSS (mandatory), Javascript (mandatory)
  • Experience in SEO optimization is a plus
  • Deliver web-ready marketing materials based on predefined specifications & creatives
