Position Summary

 

As part of the eBusiness team of Nespresso Belux, working day-to-day with Brand Communication & Media Manager, the Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for: 

 

  • Driving and activating targetted audiences, using the DMP, to Nespresso e-channels to increase retention and to acquire new Club members in a cost efficient way (Sales)
  • Gather insights & Execute in-depth data driven analysis to optimize the performance of digital media channels and share learnings with key stakeholders to give a clear view on the digital media channel performance and ROI's
  • Support Marketing to maximize brand awareness and campaign visibility in the online domain (Brand)

 

His/her mission is to own the path to purchase to drive awareness, consideration and intent to buy. 

A day in the life of a Digital Performance Specialist

 

  • Increase quality traffic and audience on Nespresso digital touch points and ensure personalization at scale.
  • Translate campaign planning, channel initiatives and business objectives into clear digital performance strategy.
  • Manage and drive the Data Management Platform.
  • Monitor, optimize and report local digital performance activities.

What will make you successful

 

  • French and/or Dutch Fluent with a professional knowledge of English
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Ebusiness or related field is preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in digital acquistion/performance (SEM, Performance, Comparision, Programmatic, Retargeting, Custom Audiences) is required 
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with a Data Management Platform is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript tagging is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics is required.
  • Understanding of online marketing measurement (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Some experience with a CRM or marketing automation platforms is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with ad servers like DoubleClick, Adgear or EyeReturn is a plus.
  • Experience with any component of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly favoured.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces, RTB protocol mechanics, DSP, SSP, etc. is recommended
  • Solid knowledge of the programmatic media landscape, coupled with an expertise in marketing segmentation strategies.
