Position Summary


The Nestlé Waters Benelux team is recruiting a Brand Manager to join their team. This position will lead the still water brands in the portfolio (Vittel, Valvert, Nestlé Pure life, Contrex, Hepar) and manage the marketing plan for our local brands Valvert, Nestlé Pure Life and for the global brand Vittel. You will report to the Marketing Manager Benelux.

A little bit about us


Nestlé Waters is a category within the Nestlé group and is the number one in bottled water in the world. We are present across different channels with a large portolio from premium brands like S.Pellegrino and Perrier, to local brands like Valvert. We also have soft drinks in portfolio with SanPellegrino lemonades for example. In Belgium we are a strong number two in the market of bottled waters with a portfolio of 8 brands in the Benelux. 

A day in the life of...


As a brand manager for the still waters you will be delivering the portfolio strategy for the still water brands in the Benelux and the operational marketing plan for Vittel, Valvert and Nestlé Pure Life.

•    Deliver Brand and/or Sub-Brand performance in line with strategic guidance 
•    Derive insight from key data to ensure brand performance is on track
•    Ensure the communication plan and resource allocation is aligned to strategic guidance 
•    Ensure marketing budget is planned against strategic priorities and managed effectively and efficiently
•    Support the corporate communication agenda with the local brand as a key pillar. 
•    Ensure digital is embedded in brand /  sub-brand communication plans
•    Project Management for factory projects at Etalle with Innovation and Renovation lead for all factory projects. 
•    Play an active role in the marketing team to drive synergies across the teams
•    Engage with all other internal stakeholders managing all subjects related to your brands
•    Support good relationship with the regional team and global teams for your brands. 


What will make you successful


The successful candidate will bring experience in brand management and will have successfully delivered on brand building KPIs. They will be able to bring the plans to life and preferable show experience across retail and OOH channel.

 

Profile : 

•    Have solid experience in working with insights and data. Expertise with Nielsen is a plus.
•    Good project management skills 
•    Fluent in FR/NL and good level of ENG 
•    Be used to manage a portfolio and marketing budget
•    Have experiences in delivering communication projects and work with agencies
•    Be at ease and confident in working with cross functional teams
