Position Summary

 

Start date: asap

Contract: Temporary (CDD) or Consulting assignment.

 

To strengthen our Human Resources team we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with the Talent Management team and the HR Business Partner to provide subject matter expertise and talent insight.

You are passionate about people and recruitment and you are looking for the next step in a corporate but people-centric and informal environment. As part of the corporate Belgilux team, you will work for all brands, departments and level of seniority: from finding young graduates to senior managers.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

  • Deliver End-to-End recruitment process: You have a complete ownership of the recruitment process from understanding the business/stakeholders needs to the onboarding of the new hire.
  • You are able to work and collaborate with all levels of the company. You adapt quickly to the different divisions or businesses and you challenge Hiring Managers when needed.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: easy to say, hard to achieve.
  • You understand that the Talent Acquisition function is growing and you are pro-actively looking for new ways of recruiting. You will focus on our employer branding and collaborate with an above market Center of competences to optimize the use of digital and social media channels.
  • You will have to recruit senior FMCG leaders and young graduates. Meaning that a good understanding of our business and of the labor market trends is as important as developing Campus recruitment strategies

What will make you successful

 

We are looking for someone with at least

  • 2-3 years of experience in the recruiting industry, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • The Ability to work autonomously & transfer knowledge and skills to different stakeholders in the organization. You are also well very organized and passionate about people.
  • A very good knowledge level of Dutch (fluent), French, and a strong understanding of English.
  • A good knowledge of a recruitment software (we are using Success Factors).
  • Experience recruiting on LinkedIn
