Position Summary

 

We are looking for a new Marketing Manager at Nestlé Waters responsible for the Belgilux Market.

 

Your role is to build powerful brands through local communication and executions, and build strong strategic, and consistant innovation pipeline across the entire portfolio.

A day in the life of a Marketing Manager

 

  • Responsible for the delivery of the annual business objectives.
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of the brand P&L.
  • Targets the right consumers or shoppers by using attractiveness and ability to win. Understands the consumer insights & the consumer's perceived values of our brands / Product ranges.
  • Grow talents and teams, building Marketing and Digital capabilities
  • SPOC for sustainibility topics . In relation with ZONE , local authorithy and market ; Has to drive our roadmap for international and local brands ;
  • Manages the implementation and/or development of strong functionally aligned brand plans through strong cross-functional teams alignement.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of Media and Digital Campaigns and BTL Consumer activations, to build brands and generate strong results.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Minimum 6 years experience in marketing and ideally min. 2 years in other function such as Sales or Category Management, either at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
  • Experience in Premium industry and or Beverage is a plus
  • You speak English fluently, along with French and/or Dutch.
  • Good undertsanding of sustainability challenges
