Qualification: Minimum Degree holder preferably in the area of Business, Marketing or Communication with working experience in marketing or communication
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and operations.

Position Summary
To Drive Nestle ESAR Digital Transformation Journey driving strategic growth and operational excellence for our digital platforms. This role oversees the development, execution, and optimization of initiatives across Social, CRM, and overall Digital Marketing including Digital and CRM Strategy, Tech Implementation, Data & Analytics Strategy as well as overall digital innovation. Focus will be on creating innovative digital strategies, managing key projects, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve our business objectives.
A day in the life of the Digital Acceleration Lead:
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and commerce.
• Oversee the planning and execution of key projects within Social, Web, CRM, and CEX.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap for official websites, apps and content syndication for partner and retailer commerce.
• Set the foundation for cross-function analytics and actionable insights, with in-depth analysis, versatile reporting and predictive intelligence.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, online, and social media channels.
• Consider best in class targeting practices (integrated engagement, automated personalised targeting…)
• Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and social media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Customer Insights:
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Platform Analytics to monitor product metrics and identify enhancements to performance tracking dashboards and reporting
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with a diverse set of stakeholders (Global, Zone, Market) spanning multiple business and functional units against efforts throughout the year to grow business areas and platforms.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Maximise business value by using digital to drive cross functional (Marketing, Sales, CCSD, Corporate Communications, Consumer Service) collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration
• Support E-Commerce via managing and building E commerce assets, partnerships and marketing campaigns
• Operational Excellence:
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement best practices for digital marketing operations.
• Drive Digital Capability building
What will make you successful:
• Degree holder preferably in the area of Business, Marketing or Communication with working experience in marketing or communication
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and operations.
• Previous experience in leading a digital function
• Proven Development and Execution of digital strategy
• Strategic vision on digital brand development
• Strong Digital, CRM & Social Marketing expertise.
• Experience in Digital, social and CRM Journey Planning
• Solid and well-rounded Digital marketing experience across various pillars of digital marketing (Strong internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge)
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, web and performance marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross functional teams
