  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent reasoning, numeracy, and analytical skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
  • Drive: Self-starter, service-oriented, highly tenacious, self-disciplined, and results-focused.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand the goals, drivers, and needs of others.
