· The Right Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in either Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Consumer Sc.

· Great Communication Skills: Confident, clear and fluent in English.

· A Sharp Mind: Strong reasoning, numeracy and analytical skills.

· Team Energy: Able to collaborate, connect and work across different teams.

· Flexibility: Open to relocating and working flexible hours when needed.

· Drive and Grit: A self-starter who is service-minded, resilient, disciplined and ready to deliver.
