We are now looking for an eCommerce Activation Manager to be based in Bryanston.
eCommerce channel & customer focused on becoming the linchpin between sales & brand marketing to deliver innovative & engaging activations. Driving forward our aim to be seen as best in class in the eCommerce market
A day in the life of an eCommerce Activation Manager:
- Responsibility for the activation of key initiatives & increasing brand presence in the eCommerce channel. Providing bespoke (where appropriate), innovative & engaging activation for identified priority customers, liaising directly with customer creative teams where possible.
- Sourcing of digital agencies who can accelerate our learnings & ability to win in this channel. Ability to set challenging briefs for new ways of working in this emerging market.
- Work Closely with the eCommerce commercial team to fully understand channel requirements and customer plans, supporting them to deliver and achieve set objectives through excellence in activation.
- Work with commercial team and customers to help identify ROI for a variety of different initiatives in the eCommerce channel.
- Work with the marketing team on translating brand plans to be relevant within the eCommerce market as well as ensuring all required NPD, Re-Launches & key projects deliver.
- Work cross functionally to continuously improve content and imagery for all brands based on requirements (and industry best practice) of eCommerce customers, and further improving ease of access to these assets for our customers .
What will make you successful:
- BSC Marketing or similar Digital commerce/ Digital marketing degree
- Worked in a digital activation role or similar for a minimum of 2 years, with experience of working with online retailers.
- Experience of activating existing brands into a digital space.
- Strong experience in retail digital media; digital activations and project management.
- Experience of the FMCG market would be beneficial
- Customer facing experience within the online sector would be useful.
- Project management experience
