Position Summary

Nestlé Professional is looking for a Business Development Manager join their team. This person will manage, develop and support Starbucks projects within Nestle Professional. They will achieve the agreed goals and ensure development by building expert knowledge among customers, partners and employees, acquiring new customers and supervising quality standards.

 

A day in the life of a Business Development Manager:

  • Active search for new customers, arranging and conducting presentations for Starbucks coffee program and also the other Nestle coffee solutions
  • Analyze the customer service process and escalation of requests to Nestle
  • Systematic report of sales results and forecast of product sales plans
  • Supervise and manage Starbucks projects for the development of NP coffee solutions in Romania
  • Collaborate with the Area Coordinator, RSM, Marketing to ensure the implementation, in normal parameters, of the strategy for main customers
  • Organize and conduct trainings, workshops on all Starbucks coffee solutions, expand knowledge and build expert knowledge among employees, partners and customers
  • Implement new solutions for Starbucks Out Of Home (OOH)
  • Supervise quality standards and unification of standards for Starbucks OOH
  • Represent the Starbucks brand at conferences and fairs
  • Negotiate the terms of agreement with potential KA customers for coffee solutions.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales
  • Great negotiation and persuasion skills 
  • Ability to successfully work within a team
  • Strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Driving license.
