Position Summary
As a Customer Loyalty Trainee you will:
- Interact with customers, developing the right attitude and skills specific to each channel
- Learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase
- Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management
- Handle coffee machine questions/issues: diagnose machine problems, solve the customer’s difficulties by phone or set in motion the appropriate maintenance procedure
- Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation
- Identify some areas of improvement in processes, tools, organisation, speech, service
