Location: Bucharest

Referral bonus: level 3

Position Summary

As a Customer Loyalty Trainee you will:

  • Interact with customers, developing the right attitude and skills specific to each channel
  • Learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase
  • Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management
  • Handle coffee machine questions/issues: diagnose machine problems, solve the customer’s difficulties by phone or set in motion the appropriate maintenance procedure
  • Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation
  • Identify some areas of improvement in processes, tools, organisation, speech, service
