Key Account Manager - Cereal Partners Worldwide

Position Summary

 

Nestlé Romania is looking for a colleague to join our team in Bucharest as a Key Account Manager within the Cereal Partners Worldwide division. This person will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key client relationships and executing Joint Business Plans. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring optimal account performance. 

 

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager:

  • Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: develop and implement Joint Business Plans in line with the planning process and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue from key accounts
  • Sales Growth: identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring: track and analyze account performance metrics, including pre- and post-evaluation of activities, to ensure optimal utilization of budget. Monitor in-store execution through store checks and feedback.
  • Budget Management: conduct TTS and CCS analysis.
  • Market Analysis: conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Actively participate in all relevant meetings 
  • Problem Resolution: address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales, including 2 years in a similar position
  • University degree
  • English - advanced
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strategic thinking
  • Driving license.
