Sales Controller

 

Nestlé Romania is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to join our Controlling Team, on the position of Sales Controller. 

 

A day in the life of a Sales Controller:

  • Tracking Business KPIs and advising the extended commercial team & business management.
  • Analyzing company’s sales and overall performance with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Presenting and supporting financial analysis to Business Management.
  • Fostering a spirit of Margin Improvement and mindfulness of financial implications across the organization.
  • Ensure full alignment of the sales team(s) towards financial processes (period-end closing, forecasting, annual resource allocation) to ensure transparent and accurate monitoring of TTS.
  • Participate in the customer and channel strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy. 
  • Coordinate the forecast of NNS, TTS to ensure alignment with Monthly Business Planning and Dynamic Forecast
  • Identify areas of risk & opportunities to reach targets and execute action plans to close country and customer gaps.
  • Custodian of internal controls and assurance that trade spend practices comply with internal and external guidelines.
  • Driving continuous improvement when it comes to simplification of processes and tools.

 

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking who has Finance/Controlling  experience and university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
  • You have financial knowledge and ability to understand business models in FMCG industry as well as ability to multitask, good planning and prioritization abilities.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken and you are advanced user of MS Office package.
