Our Nespresso team is looking for a Boutique Team Lead for our soon to be open Nespresso Boutique Craiova, to ensure the smooth daily running of the Boutique and to facilitate sales and profit performance and customer satisfaction levels.

Key challenges:
Maximize brand experience and direct consumer relationship
- Drive optimal achievement of business goals through setting aligned commercial goals & measurements based on strategy and development plans
- Analyze and propose improvement plans based on fulfillment of customers satisfaction KPI's
- Act as main contact person for authorities
- Act as local brand ambassador
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Check if communication campaigns are correctly implemented (eg. check if outdoor panels are correctly displayed, if cinema spots are aired according to the media plan etc.
- Drive sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
- Drive optimal use of resources and cost control
Drive acquisition, loyalty and sales
- Close collaboration with commercial teams (Trade, marketing, E-business, OOH)
- Co-development of (omni-channel) action plans in line with company objectives
What will make you successful
- 2-3+ Years of High-Volume, high-unit Retail Management; the luxury retail space is an asset
- University degree
- Proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize
- Strong team-building skills with a history of effective coaching and development
- Effective time management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion about coffee and sustainability
