Position Summary

Participating on marketing strategy and plan development for the Nestle Health Science business strategy of assigned CC and VMHS portfolio and is fully responsible for its execution. Fully responsible for selected brands development across multiple channels.

A day in the life of...

Execute marketing strategy developed with SMI team in MN, CC and VMHS category, implement detailed local marketing plans for all channels (Pharmacies, E-commerce, Retail)

Understanding of consumer insight to develop engaging Brand experience, build brand and brand strategy. Ensure proper marketing strategy execution within the assigned CZ/SK CC and VMHS portfolio.

Develop clear communication and tools to support brand sales. Build a network of KOL - HCPs brand ambassadors to ensure recommendation in pharmacies.

Plan sales promotion strategy on KA with cooperation with FSM, etc

Execute marketing strategy, implement detailed local CC marketing plans for all channels (Consumer, HCPs, internal). Develop efficient media strategy with NiM media house.

Understand business impact of PFME and TTS investments of assigned portfolio. Tracks and monitor the performance, health and strategic alignment.

Drive strategic priorities with focus on digital presence. Provide implementation of digital plans and proper measurement setup.

Drive strategic priorities with focus on ensuring flawless execution of strategic plans and tactics - including sales, regulatory affairs, operations in order to implement the strategic plans including I/R

Innovation/Renovation: manage local I/R pipeline for assigned CC and VMHS portfolio.

Responsible for planning, managing and optimization of RO MN and CC PFME spend of assigned brands

Implement in a cooperation with x-functional team suitable communication tools including education/trainings to HCPs, customers/consumers to support NHS and brand awareness development

What will make you successful

Previous experience on a similar position

Basic knowledge about the use of marketing tools and brand/brand building techniques for results (communications, promotions, market research)

Knowledge of the category (consumer/buyer and competitive environment)

Strong communication and organization skills.

Knowledge of online communication.

Project management
