Location: Bucharest

Position Level: K

Position Summary

  • Establishes the Brand / Brand strategy and ensures the fulfillment of the target, RIG and the achievement of market and profit shares, by implementing the Brand plan, according to the PFME Brand / Brand budget in question.
  •  Builds and maintains the brand / brand equity.
  • Develops a good knowledge of the Brand / the consumer / buyer, getting involved in other functions.

A day in the life of...

•    Managing and leading for brand building, conducting effective marketing campaigns to acquire new consumers and/or maintain current consumers for sustainable business 
•    Monitors and coordinates the PFME assigned to the Brand and provides plans and targets of the Brand according to the allocated budget
•    Develops and implements marketing strategies to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiators
•    Ensuring all of trade and sales activities are aligned with brand strategy
•    Supervise/monitor for all indirect activities (trade marketing, sales)
•    Develops the actions products for expanding business
•    Communicating with all areas of the company
•    Work with others to develop and implement branding and marketing strategies
•    Engage in research to gain relevant information including competitors, pricing and target markets
•    Approves all products and gives "good to print" to products associated with the Brand, including those developed by other functions (POSM, trade files).
•    Supporting the Sales team with product presentations 
•    Lead the on going brand & commercial management of Consumer Care and Medical Nutrition, working closely with Customer Planning, Finance and Consumer Insights
•    Coordinates and participates at medical congresses
•    Works closely with the entire team to ensure all marketing executional details are planned and covered and a clear resource and tracking plan
•    Participation in consumer-advertising plans development including brand positioning review and media strategy
•    Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to the team
•    Define and oversee the media plans (online, media, press releases)
•    Coordinates with Digital agency to define and follow online activities and communities (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
•    Coordinates PR Activities

  •  Knowledge of the use of marketing tools or brand building techniques (communications, promotions, market research)
  •  Knowledge of the category (consumer / buyer and competition environment)
