Position Snapshot
- Location: Budapest IX. District and Home office
- Required qualification: Secondary education / University degree in economics or finance
- Required experience: 2-3 years work experience in credit & collection area
- Language: Fluent Hungarian and intermediate English language skills in writing and speaking
A day in the life of an AR Specialist...
- Ensure daily order release process in a compliant way
- Ensure regular review and update the credit limits, risk categories of the customers
- Ensure correct calculation of Bad Debts
- Ensure proper, compliant handling of claims
- Ensure proper, compliant handling of miscellaneous invoicing
- Ensure proper handling of collection processes and reporting activities
- Pro-active cooperation with the SSC and Sales Departments regarding AR area
- Review and update the relevant internal policies, procedures, Standard Routines
- Proactive participation during the audits
- Substitution within Accounts Receivables
What will make you successful?
- Economy or finance secondary school
- 2-3 years work experience in credit & collection area
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, SAP)
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Good negotiation skills
- Performing well in team, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to resolve conflicts
- Accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
