Expected experience: 2-3 year experience in marketing (preferably as Junior Brand Manager)

Required skills: Nielsen knowledge is a must 

Language: Fluency in English is a must

Position Summary

The Brand Manager establishes strong market position for the assigned portfolio in line with the brand strategy and in cooperation with Nescafé CEE cluster.

A day in the life of...
  • You will define and implement short and long term strategy for Dolce Gusto & Starbucks
  • Your task will be to manage the assigned portfolio and identify business opportunities in relevant channels to ensure sustainable profitable growth and take the appropriate actions to ensure leadership position
  • You will monitor permanently the market environment (market/retail analysis, competitors, market trends & consumer insights) and prepare necessary steps to act as the Market Leader or react for challenges
  • Define marketing plan with marketing budget, lead the implementation of the communication strategies to ensure strong brand position
  • Implement the marketing plan in co-ordination with sales, trade  marketing, logistics, finance, factory
  • Develop appealing consumer promotions and build loyalty
  • Initiate market researches in order to  gather consumer insights and preferences  
  • You will control the budget and follow the implementation policy and promotional policy
  • Post evaluate promotional and communication strategies/campaigns

  • Solid computer skills - Word, Excel, Power Point is essential, Nielsen is a must
  • Proactive “To do attitude”, team spirit, creative thinking, be result oriented
  • Assertive communication approach
  • Strong financial skills, presentation skills, strategic thinking

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage business independently
