  • Education: University or College degree in Finance/Economics/Business Data Analysis
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Controlling/Sales Analysis
  • Language: Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge in written and spoken

 

Position Summary

As a Business Controller, you will provide key business insights to support data-driven decision-making and efficient growth. You will collaborate with multiple departments, ensuring transparency and developing reporting solutions. Your role will involve driving initiatives in financial planning and business intelligence to help achieve the company's strategic goals.

 

 

A day in the life of a Business Controller

  • Work on the monthly and quarterly closing procedures, analyze and prepare data for financial reporting
  • Active participation in Monthly Business Planning Process: Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and follow up action plans
  • Participate proactively in activity and promotion planning, implementation and evaluation, managing related master data
  • Development of management dashboard: understand the reporting needs of business stakeholders and provide relevant and accurate analytics accordingly
  • Business Partnering with B2B Manager, performing controlling tasks for B2B division
  • Coordinate the pricing procedure, cooperation with marketing, trade and CRM stakeholders
  • As a Superuser maintain the current reporting system: ensuring the good quality level of the reports built, in term of accuracy, performance, security and end-user experience

  • Advanced Excel
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Reporting and planning tool design & development skills is an advantage
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Webi experience is an advantage
