Position Summary

 

Actively pursue the CCSD tasks related to the Nestlé Professional business unit, trade promotions and communication management. Support the work of the Brand executive and Sales in CCSD tasks.

 

A day in the life of a CCSD Specialist

 

  • Track marketing spending until billing of Marketing budget, accurate PR, PO and invoice handling and follow up. Keep updated the evidence regarding plan for PFME investments according to action plan.   
  • Propose Activity Plan with relevant Budget requirement (PFME) in trade promotions and communication, including online communication in order to achieve defined business objectives. Proposals to be signed off by superior before implementation.
  • Understand the Customer in B2B2C segment via insight approach and understand competition environment. 
  • Analytical approach to the channel and Customer data. Provide analyses to the sales and marketing team. 
  • Build the activity plan for online communication, build the eBP Action plan and execute with local online partners and be active member of CESE online community. 
  • Planning and ordering POS tools for delivering brand strategies (managing POS system and stock (inventories)
  • Organizing set events, (where Professional participates) in accordance with pre-agreed criteria
  • Maintaining, updating newsletters, Web pages – Online communication, building the database
  • Create a Sales Folder, catalogues and needed sales presentations. 
  • Preparation of trade promotions, Pre & Post evaluation tools – hand over protocols collection. Ensure PFME spend evaluation according to procedure.
