Location: Budapest IX. District

Required qualification: University or college degree

Expected experience: Minimum 3 year experience in Key Account management or CCSD (Trade Marketing) 

Language: Fluency in English is a must

Position Summary

The Category Sales Manager defines and executes the sales strategy to achieve the sales volume, category and market share growth and trade spend targets. Manages the defined key account customers and delivers sales targets while keeping TTS cost on the budgeted level. Overviews the whole Category including competition activities and market trends.

A day in the life of...
  • You will manage the long term relationship with the Key Accounts, developing Nestlé’s position at customers
  • Ensure that the yearly targets of the decisive Key Accounts are reached, concentrating on sales and customer profitability
  • Understand the customer needs, identifying new sales opportunities
  • Prepare annual contracts, continuously follow-up with customers
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales objectives
  • Prepare and present yearly Category Sales plans
  • You will deliver forecasting reliability
  • Organize sales promotions in harmony with the corporate marketing plan
  • Timely communicate with the Field Sales Team
  • Maintain the maximal position of the products in such way that it will be profitable for the company in the long run – Portfolio management
  • Communicate with all relevant departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Sales, CCSD)
  • Ensure continuous information flow between customers and Nestlé departments
  • Optimization an efficient way of working within the cluster
