Position Summary

Supervise, Validate and Monitor Manufacturing  Processes of Electrical Appliances.

A day in the life of...

Improve and Sustain Production Quality at our external partners (OEMs) in close collaboration with central teams based in Switzerland
Perform Quality Validation of Lines and Assets
Ensure Lean Manufacturing Practices are applied
Perform Focused Process and Product Audits
Ensure Standardization of Manufacturing Process across different lines and sites

Quality Management
Supervise and Improve Process Quality at our external partners (OEMs).
Continuous Process Control Audit to ensure Key Characteristics process controls are in place, effective and efficient.
Identify Improvement Opportunitties and propose solutions to the external partners and central teams (Quality, Contract Manufacturing, Development).
Support Validation of Tools, Testers and Processes.
Perform Contunuous Product Audit onsite, verify effectiveness and relevancy of Process Controls.

Industrialization
Support Line set up at the OEMs, to reach the expected industrial performance levels.
Perform Technical &  Quality Validation of Manufacturing Procresses and Assets (Testers, Automation, Jigs, gage R&R, Process Capability).
Assess relevancy of PFMEA and Control Plans. Feedback Central Teams (development, quality, Contract manufacturing).
Ensure the application of Control Plans and  Quality Monitoring schemes.
Support DFMA by providing industrialization learnings to development Teams. 

What will make you successful

Academic experience:
Masters degree, engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) background preferred

Operational Experience:
Process Quality Experience in Manufacturing Assembly ans Plastic Injection
Over a sustained period (at least 3 years) has demonstrated successful Quality Mastership of Manufacturing Processes
Technical & Quality process validation experience
Audit Experience is a plus
Statistical Process Control expertise (pref. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
Exposure to Project and stakeholder management
