Position Snapshot

 

  • Location: Budapest
  • Desired experience: 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Education: College/University degree (preferably in HR)
  • Language knowledge: Fluent English and Hungarian

 

Position Summary

 

  • The position is responsible to provide support to the Learning and Capability development community ensuring an impeccable execution of the Learning portfolio relevant for the scope. 
  • The role will be focused on the rollout of all the operational and administrative processes with a specific focus on ensuring correct maintenance and full usage of the iLearn tool and all its functionality as well as ensuring correct logistic execution of the learning interventions.

 

A day in the life of a Training Specialist...

 

 

  • Partner with relevant learning community to identify the key success factors for the rollout of their portfolio based on the selected delivery channels. 
  • Collaborate with Global Nestlé Business Services (GNBS) to ensure a smooth registration of all learning objects in iLearn to maximize the usage of iLearn functionalities. 
  • Coordinate the organization of the logistics and of the technologies needed for the delivery of the local learning portfolio. 
  • Ensure the learning materials are available and distributed before, during and after the intervention. 
  • Coordinate the organization of the different learning sessions, providing support and administrative services to Trainers, SMEs, and external contributors. 
  • Support Program Managers and Learning Technology Specialists during the phase of rollout of digital based learning solutions, ensuring an efficient use of the IT systems/tools and of the Learning platforms Interface with the learners to inform them about all the organizational elements of their learning experience (e.g. use of the technologies, logistics including meals, hotels, etc.). Collaborate with GNBS to ensure the completion of the learning assessment process and collect the related data for measuring learning effectiveness. 
  • Support the Learning community during the phase of collection of the Market learning needs. Support the use and leveraging of Learning Effectiveness dashboards and iLearn reports.
  • ​Coordinate Youth activities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate internal trainings
