If the answer is a bright yes, you could be Nespresso’s new Key Account Manager!

 

 

The position is about:

  • As part of the Trade team you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Nespresso’s brand through strategic partnerships with the most important Hungarian electronics retailers
  • Drive the partnership with machine partners on sell-in and promotional activities
  • Analyzing the market, foreseeing future trends, and understanding consumer, trade, and market insights using available analytical tools (e.g., GFK, CRM)
  • Implement and develop the KA growth strategy based on the Operational Plan
  • Support the overall new member acquisition strategy
  • Manage and monitor the yearly TTS and PFME spend in trade
  • Plan activity calendar with sales and marketing promotions together with machine partners to achieve our sales targets
  • Manage the yearly agreements with partners and POSs
  • Establish solid cross functional cooperation within the organization to support the execution of the market plans

 

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have a university degree in Business, Economy or a related field
  • You have 3+ years experience in Key account management
  • You have strong partner management and analytical skills
  • You have mastered Excel to a professional level
  • You have a strong communication skill set, and presentations not a challenge for you
  • You possess strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient English & Hungarian are not a challenge for you (written and spoken)
  • You have a keen eye for detail while maintaining a focus on the larger scope.
  • You would describe yourself as open-minded team player with good problem-solving skills
