Required experience: 2-4 years working experience in CRM/brand management, brand building 
Language: Fluent English in written and spoken

Position Summary


Develop the overall business for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Brand with strong focus on Digital Ecosystem.

A day in the life of...


Follow up and execute NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® eBusiness strategy; Contribute in development and manage implementation of short and long term digital, e-commerce and NDG webshop strategies
 

  • Drive and follow up all-agency, always-on monthly digital operation including NDG Club, Website Content, Webshop operation, CRM Database including eDM system, Social Media channel, SEO, SEM, Media planning
  • Lead sales/promotional activities in webshop to accelerate OG, Forecast with accuracy 
  • Assess existing local processes, available systems (based on Zone NDG input) and winning CEE practices for NDG webshop/website and implement the optimal solutions for HU NDG webshop/website; support the deployment of central technological developments
  • Cooperate with CDT team in eCommerce appearances, provide brand perspective
  • Monitor digital market environment, prepare and analyse digital reports (CRM, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Edge, and global BPIs)


Contribute in the brand building of NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® system and find the best consumer insights through data analysis  in order to develop whole system including machine park and capsules penetration
 

  • Manage activations according new launches, brand campaigns based on deep consumer and shopper understanding
  • Contribution in the implementation of the marketing plan in co-ordination with sales, CDT, logistics, finance engineering, factory, purchasing, legal, regulatory 
  • Monitoring of market environment (market trends, Nielsen data, GFK data, etc.) and prepare necessary steps to follow up, initiate market researches 
  • Prepare and implement winning Consumer Communication; on-line and offline campaigns
  • Plan and Control assigned budget (PFME/ follow the implementation and promotional policy)


Utilize cross functional teamwork within the total organization 
 

  • Play active role in developing cooperation with connecting functions; finance, planners, IT, legal, factories and the Centre
  • Exploit the CEE hub benefits – to work closely with CEE countries 
  • Involve Portioned Coffee Brand executive in as many processes and projects as possible
