Required qualification: College or university degree

Expected experience: 3+ year experience in Payroll Service delivery

Language: Proficiency in English and Hungarian is must

Contract: Fix term – approximately 1.5 - 2 years

Position Summary

The Payroll Process Expert role consolidates and coordinates the country-level payroll procedures. Reviews the outsourced processes and works on simplification and harmonization. You will act as a bridge between Nestlé and the SSC.

A day in the life of...
  • You will partnering with local HR, Payroll Professionals, Comp&Ben, Finance teams and SSC located abroad
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and third-party supplier performance
  • Consistently follow defined Payroll & Benefits processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value, propose & make improvements
  • Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legislations
  • Coordinate payroll inputs & outputs ensuring highest standards of timeliness, completeness and accuracy for salary and other payroll related payments as well as compliance with relevant legislation
  • Prepare reports and associated statistics in collaboration with SSC when needed
  • Provide a high quality first level customer experience
  • Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them
What will make you successful
  • Experience gained in factory environment (blue collar)
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, potentially Access
  • SAP payroll module knowledge is a must
  • Develop relationships and work proactively and autonomously
  • Analytical mind, able to solve complex problems
  • Strong service orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a multicultural and virtual team
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Workforce planning experience is an advantage
  • Experience in an SSC HR structure is an advantage
