Required qualification: College, University or IT degree

Expected experience: 2-3 years in Marketing and Sales role with related SAP knowledge

Language: Fluent English both written and spoken

Position Summary

As a connector and ambassador, the business analyst must bring the business needs together with IT solutions.

A day in the life of...

As a Business Analyst you will work with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.

 

Your work will include:

  • Interacting with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
  • Supporting day-to-day  processes and users according to business needs with Local Super team (e.g. tickets, configurations)
  • Involving in testing of new solutions, developments, projects including M&S reporting
  • Pro-actively recommending process tools, standardizations
  • Implementing projects
    • Plan the demands and business needs in advance (inputs)
    • Deliver agreed developments/projects in terms of time and scope
    • Ensure relevant user training, testing, proper documentation, operational environment and support
  • Interacting with other services and departments to ensure effective services ( I2L, O2C, R2R flows)
  • Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure

Successful business analysts tend to be clear communicators, smooth facilitators, precise analyzers and cross-team players. Plus the ideal analyst has the versatility of various business functions, such as demand planning, finance or reporting architecture.

 

These core skills include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of marketing, sales and trade marketing FMCG processes, 2-3 years’ experience on this area’s is a must.
  • Advanced SAP CRM 7 knowledge in the area of Trade and Marketing it is a must
  • B2B web shop and Digital Asset management knowledge it is an advantage
  • Capability of building and leading a Super user network of the mentioned areas (indirect key users, who helps in the daily issue solving)
  • Integrations knowledge with other services and departments to ensure effective services of  I2L, O2C, R2R flows
  • Proactivity, anticipation, discipline, ownership, can-do attitude
  • Problem solving mind set
  • Ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional teams independently ( IT-Emena, support service providers within Nestle )
