  • Education: University or College degree
  • Language knowledge: English – advanced level
  • Relevant experience: min 3-4 years, preferably in FMCG


Position Summary

 

Develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

 

A day in the life of a Sales Developer...

 

  1. Develop and sustain solid and trust relationship with customers
  2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  4. Plan and monitor the cost level and trade spend of dedicated customers
  5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and being presented in the stores 
  6. Organize sales promotions, tailor-made offers and leaflet ads in accordance with the category’s marketing and sales goals.
  7. Prepare sales offers, forecasts, regular reports and administration to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  8. Preparation, negotiation, continuous evaluation and coordination of annual contracts (customer champion)
  9. Be part of customer strategy development and execution
  10. Play an integral part in generating new sales and solutions that will turn into business improvement, long-lasting relationships and reputation building
     

 

What will make you successful?

 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional experience in international retailers  
  • Excellent organizational skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability in problem-solving, negotiation and presentation
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • B category driving licence
  • MS Office – advanced level
