A day in the life of...
Responsbile for the performance and image of NDG system in Hungary, under the lead of BEO Coffee, and in collaboration with CEE NDG Manager, define and implement the key strategies for the NDG business development:
- Together with SBX team build and consolidate the understanding of the total Portioned coffee market in Hungary, lead and consolidate the consumer insights, key market trends and knowledge of the competition
- With the support of BEO, define the strategy for the long, mid and short term development of NDG system, define ICP annual plan for NDG system and assure the execution with CDT and Sales teams
- (Together with the co-Pilot) consolidate the holistic view on the health of the system via key indicators: machines park, cup consumption, investments efficiency, and recruitment rates…assure continous tracking and follow up for key KPIs
- Define the brand recruitment strategy for NDG system in Hungary, and provide inputs for the Commercial machines recruitment execution and action plans, collaborate with Machines CEE Recruitment manager and local Recruitment Manager on machines
- Build the NDG system Brand Image and define its competitive positioning within Portioned coffee landscape in Hungary. Define the right Media & Digital Ecosystem strategy and Brand investment strategy, execute and continously monitor the performance of the Brand investments
- Provide the right brand content for all related touchpoints, adapt the Globally development brand assets for recruitment and loyalty strategies
- Develop the coffee consumption within NDG system via the right Portfolio mix for both NDG and SBX by NDG ranges, prepare and execure I/R pipeline in accoundance with the market needs and consumer opportunities, operate using I2L system
- CSV strategy for NDG system implementation together with the support of CSV Corporate Manager
- Define the loyalty strategy for the NDG and SBX by NDG brands within the system for both online and offline sales to assure the comptetitive strategy vs compatibles within NDG system, provide inputs to CDT and Sales teams for the customer and channel strategy for NDG and SBX by NDG portfolio
- Develop the sales of Web shop and consumers recruitment into CRM own data: assure both strategy and execution with the support of the GBU NDG teams and local agencies
- Participate and actively contribute to CEE NDG strategy via CEE NDG Cluster team
- Budget resposibility, follow up and efficiency evaluation (pre/post PFME analysis)
- NDG team development and coaching, assuring the team resources
